Return & Refund Policy

Each piece we send out carries a bit of light — created, packaged, and shipped with care.
But if something arrives and doesn’t feel quite right, please know we completely understand.

Your joy matters to us far more than a transaction, and we’re happy to offer a refund if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied.

Returns

If you’d like to make a return, simply reach out within 30 days of receiving your order at support@evatimothy.art.

We only ask that the artwork or book be returned in its original condition and packaging, and that return shipping be covered by the customer. (We recommend using a trackable method so your package finds its way safely home.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete — and our gratitude for giving our work a chance to be part of your world.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please email us right away with photos. We’ll gladly replace it or offer a full refund — whichever helps set things right.
